The hotel is in the perfect spot, it is in the center of everything, within walking distance of many stores and restaurants. This hotel is right across from yhe ocean so the views from the rooms are amazing. The staff was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Th breakfast buffet was great and there was a largevariety of fruits, vegetables, eggs and many many more options, I have dietary restrictions and always had lots of different foods to choose from. The rooms are simple but very clean. Overall a great hotel, I had a wonderful time during my stay and would highly recommend it.

Leider sehr enttÀuschend: das Hotel ist ein Rost Haufen; am schlimmsten war aber das schmutzige Geschirr im Restaurant : Essen Reste , Lippenstift Reste auf Teller, Tassen, die GlÀser haben gestunken 
.. Einzige Positive ist die Lage, direkt ans Meer
Den Duschkopf hat mein Mann repariert ( von Rezeption kam niemand) aber die Duschstange musste erneuert werden

Ett klassiskt prisvÀrt hotell. Fin pool och bra rum med bekvÀma sÀngar. Men balkongen i undermÄligt skick, dörren hÀngde pÄ trekvart och mÄlning och reparation av byggmaterialen i akut behov. Fantastiskt lÀge. Maten pÄ bufféerna Àr som pÄ de flesta hotell idag torftig, billiga rÄvaror och dÄlig variation. Men utsikten frÄn matsalens fönster Àr fin och för den som Àr pÄ det humöret finns bÄde bubbel och Bloody Mary pÄ frukostbuffén. Wifi Àr svajigt med obegripliga felmeddelanden. Helt OK hotel. Varken toppen eller botten.

Det mÀrks att hotellet har nÄgra Är pÄ nacken, men allt var rent och fungerade. Dock var hotellet lyhört, dels ut i korridoren och dels mot strandpromenaden med tydligt hörbart musikdunk under kvÀllen.

A pesar de que el personal del hotel -en general y con alguna excepción- es agradable, el hotel para ser un 4 estrellas le falta renovar mobiliario, una capa de pintura y mejorar lo servicios de las instalaciones, tales como aire acondicionado, ventiladores y baños. Mala presión del agua en ducha/grifo bañera. Ascensores tres y lentos. El restaurante comida de calidad pero escasa variedad. Por otro lado, pagamos por habitación con vistas al mar...y nos dieron un piso tercero que apenas tenía vistas (una esquina a un jardín del hotel y al fondo el paseo y poco mås). No es lo que se pueda considerar "con vistas al mar". No volveré, pues aposté por el hotel al ser un Catalonia y me ha decepcionado. Me he alojado en hoteles del Puerto de la Cruz mucho mejores instalaciones y con menos pretensiones...
