This is a new property, and his location does not provide customer service. The AC leaked in my room on my suitcase and clothes. I spoke with the front desk staff (Nyx) and instead of compensating or at least empathizing with situation, Nyx stated that they were aware of the problem, sent engineering to the room and they would fix the problem. This was unfortunate since we only stayed for one night and we were checking out at that time. (We called from the room and from my cellphone but got no answer from the front desk and had to go down to the front desk to report the leak.) Nyx insinuated that it was my fault for not reporting the leak soon enough and told me to have a great day.

I think it would be better to have an all-day coffee/tea option not tied to the bar area, and complimentary at any time, with or without the breakfast option. In-room machine only made espresso, and the provided cup did not fit the in the slot provided by the machine. Beds/pillows super comfy, and room quite nice and pretty roomy. The dinner I had in the restaurant was tasty.

The hotel is still quite new—it opened just two months ago—which is exciting, but there are definitely areas that still need improvement. Renovations are ongoing, and it shows in places—some walls still have primer patches, and I noticed a paint bucket left out near the gym. These small details make it feel like the property isn’t fully finished yet. While the location is great, the cleanliness could be better. There was a dirty coffee pod still in the coffee maker when I arrived, and there were visible finger marks on the mirror. These things made the room feel less fresh than expected. Also, it would be a nice touch to offer lunch service, since only breakfast and dinner are currently available. Overall, it was a decent stay with good potential, but the hotel could benefit from more attention to detail and tidiness as it continues to get up and running.
