Sleep: With a total of 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms across both homes, The Hive & Hivette can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Sleep well with plenty of beds and private ensuite bathrooms for most bedrooms.
Gather & Relax: The Hive House features open-concept living and dining areas with cathedral ceilings, cozy fireplaces, games, books, and a Smart TV, ideal for group meals and quality time together.
Equipped Kitchens: Both the Hive House and the Hivette guest cottage offer fully equipped kitchens with modern appliances and ample space for cooking together or preparing wine-country feasts.
Outdoor Living: Step outside to relaxing patios, comfortable lounge seating, a stone fire pit, a propane BBQ, and lawn games like cornhole, all set against expansive vineyard views.

Rental Contract: A signed rental agreement must be completed within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $750 authorization is required 2 days before arrival.
Quiet Hours: This is a peaceful rural wine-country setting — please observe evening quiet hours.
Pets: Pets are not permitted at this property.
EV Charging: Available overnight only. Daytime charging may occasionally cause electrical issues depending on other systems and appliances in use within the home, so guests are asked to schedule vehicle charging during nighttime hours whenever possible. Please note that EV chargers vary by vehicle type, and we are not responsible for charging issues related to vehicle compatibility.
Cancellation Fee: We understand that plans can change. TVR is committed to offering a flexible cancellation policy whenever possible; however, all cancellations will incur a $75 cancellation processing fee. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to help protect their vacation investment in the event of unexpected changes.
