This newly remodeled 3 bedroom home has everything you need for a long stay. Located in the center of Temple, you're just a few minutes from downtown. You will feel at your home when you walk in the door. The peaceful neighborhood and large backyard are the perfect place to nestle into.

Everything is yours except the storage closets and the shed. There are a few occasions that I may need to access something in the shed, but I will let you know beforehand.
Other things to note
Checking in is very simple. I'll have your codes programmed in the smart locks. The front porch light is set from dusk to dawn, so if you're getting in late, then the light will be on. There are security cameras in the front yard and facing the shed. There are no cameras around the patio so that you can have privacy. Each bedroom and hall have smoke detectors that are monitored by the alarm company.

Trash day is Monday (Black Can)
Recycle day is Thursday (Green Can)
