Stayed here years ago and it was nice, not so much anymore. Shampoo bottles had fallen off the walls and holes just left in the tile, shampoo bottles were propped up in the soap dishes. Mold in the caulking in the shower. Wall and floors are dirty, Tile floor had dry spills that were never cleaned so feet stuck to the floor. Dead roach laid in front of the elevator the entire time we were there. Didnt realize we didnt have ANY towels until someone got in the shower. We literally had a bathmat and 2 wash clothes. Had to go find housekeeping myself. I don't know what has happened to this place, but we will find somewhere else next time. Sad

My wife and I stayed two nights for a wedding. Check in was fine, and the room was fine. The staff was very quick to accommodate our needs. On the other hand, there were a lot of broken things. The hot tub, our floors ice machine, one of the elevators. There was only one full luggage cart, and another guest had complained about having to make multiple trips from their car because it was already in use. They have a bar and grill in the hotel lobby, we didn’t use because it wasn’t worth it, and I guess that’s why they don’t offer complimentary breakfast which was a big let down for me. I wouldn’t stay again, but I didn’t care enough to leave after we were there.
