Older woman at the front was very rude. We went to check out and asked for a physical copy of our receipt or something saying saying we prepaid since it was a third party and we wanted a physical copy for records since its for travel expenses. She said she can not print anything. She told us she can print us a blank piece of paper. We have stayed at many places and have never ever had an issue with getting something printed. We will not be staying here again.

Our room was clean, although our daughter’s bathroom smelled like pee. The young man at the front desk immediately gave her another room, actually upgraded her to a suite!! It was great having a hot breakfast every morning too.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I arrived after 1 a.m. because I had to travel by car, and they wouldn't let me check in because I arrived late. I lost the money I had paid for the reservation; they refused to give me a refund. I do not recommend this hotel.

Have stayed here several times over the last 10 years —hotel just as nice and well kept as it was when newer —manager at front desk said hotel is 15 years old but still looks great . It’s just an all around great hotel . It’s very close to the 15 interstate but is not noisy at all . Really not many restaurants within walking distance but are very close by . The breakfast area room is nice and large wasn’t crowded during my stay but even if more guests in hotel room feels more open than some breakfast areas .Even has outdoor seating if weather better ,was raining my whole stay.i can highly recommend this hotel
