Lodge with pool and restaurant on the Lake, Tennis courts, Pickleball courts, Basketball courts, Dog Park, Horse Stables, Baseball, Mountain Biking/e-bikes, Hikes, Golf Cart Community, Golf Course with Country Club, RV Campground, Fishing, many parks, and much more. Dreams do come true- this unique, fully furnished property checks all the marks for a perfect extended vacation home! Right off the back patio & yard you are greeted with breathtaking views of the lake and the Snow capped Mountains. Your open entertainment area consists of well appointed kitchen with an island, and a living room with a rock fireplace for cozy nights. Same level deck allows easy access to outside for outdoor entertainment. Few steps below is a bubbly jacuzzi spa and a Bar BQ area. The Space- Whole Downstairs with 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom w Tub and rain shower, full kitchen, Dinning room, Living room, Den with 55 inch smart TV. TV also in Main Bedroom. Garage is not included or upstairs. We will not be staying while you are there. Very Private! There are 3 parking spots in driveway & two spots in front of home. Please do not park on street without pass on windshield, car cannot be parked sticking out in street from driveway, DO NOT SPEED please!
