Located on the banks of the San Miguel River & a stone's throw from our stunning town park, this condo puts you in the heart of Telluride! With sweeping views of the box canyon and steps from historic downtown, a stay at the Parkside results in a perfect blend of mountains & main street! Appointed with custom artwork, cozy nooks, a full kitchen & bath & a stellar balcony for morning coffee and sunset cocktails, this condo packs a punch! Oh and a hot tub is on site for post-adventure soaks!

THE SPACE:

The Parkside Place has a long layout that ends at a wall of windows that look out at Telluride's box canyon and the Bear Creek Preserve. The balcony has s small dining area, couch and a gas BBQ. There are multiple sitting areas to take in the views, enjoy a book or share a meal with your crew. There is a Queen bed in the main bedroom and a King sleeper couch in the living room. The bathroom has new wall tile and vanity with a tub and shower. The entryway has ample storage for your mountain gear and an on-street parking permit is provided!

GUEST ACCESS:

There is a shared hot tub on the banks of the river that our guests have access to. There is also a shared laundry room on-site for guest use.

Muscatel Flats is always the perfect location in town, with great views and proximity to hiking, the town park, and town.This unit could use an update in furnishings. It's pretty dated, mismatched, and there are sheepskins literally everywhere, which was not appealing to us. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit didn't come with a covered parking spot like other ones in the complex, but the property manager found us an available space upon request. The property manager also allowed us an early check in which was appreciated. He was very responsive throughout our stay which is always helpful.

Great stay!

The location was great and so was the place. We had 3 people which was the perfect fit for a smaller space. The guide that was provided was robust and answered all questions. The only oddity was some of the neighbors stopping by to care for plants or look for things the owner may have left. Overall, the neighbors were friendly as well. Recommend for a great place close to main street Telluride.

Great Location

A small and yet well distributed property with all ammenities and a great porch where we even use the Grill situated at the porch.Right in town with a magnificent view of the mountains. Walking distance to the Telluride Station Gondola, hiking trails and MainSt.Property Instructions were clear as well as communication with very friendly staff was appreciated.We spent a memorable week. Thank you.

Muscatel Flats

Great location for everything. Private but shared outdoor area. Even though the evenings are cool you need a fan. A ceiling fan would be a great addition.
