One of Three Lovely, Sunnyside Town of Telluride Homes-Select 1, 2, or All 3!

The Tres Casas units are just a block off the center of Main Street Telluride, and are a comfortable and spacious location to enjoy all that Telluride has to offer! Unit C is around the corner from A and B and is a great choice for those looking for a private three bedroom property on the Sunny north side of Historic Telluride.

It is a short walk to Colorado Avenue, Telluride's main street and gathering place, the Gondola and ski lifts or a few short blocks away, plus the Town Park for Festivals and other activities is to the east.

Each of the Tres Casas townhomes are similar in layout and level of quality. This one (Unit C) is around the corner and the best one if renting just one Unit, but combined with Unit A and Unit B (around the corner) there are many possibilities for families and groups visiting Telluride.

The Main Level of this townhouse has a comfortable living area with a TV and Fireplace. A Hot Tub is right outside the door. The well appointed kitchen and large dining table are also on this level offering an inviting space to gather the group.

Upstairs is the spacious Master Suite which occupies the entire top level of this home. This cozy retreat is perhaps the finest feature of this home as the lucky couple here can enjoy a very spacious bedroom, sitting area, office space complimented by a large bathroom with a steam shower and and bathtub, a double vanity, and walk in closet.

Downstairs are the other two bedrooms. The Guest room has a queen bed and private bathroom. The Bunk room has a "captain's bunk" with a twin up top and a full size bed below. The bunk room also has a private bathroom.

A laundry room and separate ski entry on this lower level round out the many comfortable and convenient features of this home.

The Tres Casas are owned by a family who care deeply about this community and the history and natural beauty of the Telluride area. They operate a working ranch in a nearby community. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions about the home, availability, or the needs of your group!

Perfect location

Tres Casa Unit A was spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The house is perfectly located near to center of town, close to restaurants, shops and hiking , but off the main thoroughfare. The kitchen is well supplied so easy to eat in if desired. Peter McGinty, the property manager was helpful, communicative and responsive.
