NEW LISTING! Casa Azul is a quintessential Telluride experience! Originally a boarding house for Telluride's miners, this home now creatively blends mountain with modern. With a wonderful location on Pacific Ave, this spacious 3 bed/2 bath home has you steps to world class skiing, legendary dining, and our historic main street! This classic Victorian home was fully remodeled in 2020 and provides guests with a light, bright and comfortable basecamp! Great for families or a few couples, you will find ample space and charm within this old turn of the century boarding house turned ski house!



THE SPACE:



This is a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath home with the option to add on the lower 2 bed/2bath apartment should you desire more space for a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 baths! (see below)



Guests enter Casa Azul from Pacific Street and are greeted by a large mud room with ample storage for your mountain gear, ski clothing, hiking boots and more. The main level of the home is long and large with exposed metal beams, wood floors and granite countertops. There is a large den with a barn door for privacy (in case you need to use it as a bedroom), a dining area, various reading nooks and a large kitchen with all the supplies you need to get cookin'! Upstairs, guests will find three well appointed bedrooms and a master bath with a walk in shower. There is also a stacked washer and dryer and laundry area. In-floor heat creates a warm and cozy space for guests paired with warm lighting and high-end finishes. Back on the main level, guests will find a private deck and alley access to an off-street parking space.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
Casa Azul is located in the quiet and desirable west end of town. Located just steps to Chair 7 and two blocks to the gondola, skiing access is quick and easy! There are multiple hip and hidden eateries just down the block as well as quick access to the river trail and multiple local hiking trails! Historic main street is just a few blocks away and the free Galloping Goose shuttle has a stop 20 yards out the front door! No car needed!



We also offer a private shuttle service for our guests and information on this will be sent to you in your booking confirmation.

Nicely renovated 3 bedroom house

Unit was clean and well-furnished. All 3 bedrooms were comfortable. Kitchen and baths were clean and functional. Eating and food preparation area was spacious. TV room was comfortable. Mud room was convenient for ski clothes and boots.

Love this home & great location!

My family spent the week over spring break at this newly renovated home in the town of Telluride. Luke was readily accessible when I needed my questions answered. Additionally, the housekeeping team came quickly to help us with additional bedding request. We were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of wine and all of the essential items our family needed was stocked upon our arrival. This home has two entrances and one is in the back alley and had plenty of space for us to park our sprinter van. Super, super convenient. We will definitely be back!
