About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lucky 13

Lucky 13 cabin is a cozy cabin tucked away in a mountainside in Tellico Plains. This cabin sits on its own private lot and boasts a great location. Just a couple minutes from downtown, dinning, shopping and only a stone`s throw from Tellico River and the World renowned Cherohala Skyway and the Dragon. While at the cabin, enjoy the newly finished back porch with hot tub and a towel warmer for those chilly nights. This is a great spot to relax and unwind while taking in the beautiful river view.

This is an older cabin but full of charm. It sits on the side of the mountain in a very wooded area. You`re at the base of the Cherokee National Forrest so seeing a bug or 2 is not out of the realm of possibility. Also, this cabin is close to Cherohala Skyway so there is the potential for road noise occasionally as well.

Guests can access the entire property and have river access directly across the river from the cabin.

There is a dehumidifier in this cabin that will need to be emptied when full. The tank pulls out from the front on both sides and then replaced and hit the power button. Also, there are 2 microwaves in the cabin. The one above the sink doesn`t work sometimes so there is another one by the fridge. Also, we are excited to say, this cabin will be getting a whole new back porch very soon!
Please do not rearrange the furniture and don’t take anything you didn’t bring in. Guests must stay aware of any local weather issues or burn bans etc…Thank you!
