We originally booked one double room and one family and we got transferred out of both of them. The double room had been just recently “fixed” but as we walked in the room smelled like sewage. The family room’s Ac did not work and they could not find another family room available so we had to stay in a double room. The worst part was the first night the hotel did not have electricity for about 3 hours at night, it was impossible to sleep with in rooms without ventilation and 90 degrees weather. I will not go back to this place and would not recommend.

Lo mejor es que está a pie de playa y el personal incluyendo el nocturno de lo mejor, lo que no me agradó es que les falla muchísimo el internet en ese aspecto un 3 de 10. Pero si este aspecto mejora, lo recordaría ampliamente.

La habitación es linda, y la limpian todos los días, las instalaciones están muy bien, y lo mantienen limpió,la playa está demasiado cerca y eso es increible ,sin embargo si no traes carro es difícil moverse por esa zona, el personal es amable, sin embargo si hay poco y luego tardan en apoyarte, la comida es deliciosa, pero como les digo luego tarda algo. Es excelente para ir en familia.

En general el lugar es muy bueno, con vista al mar, acceso a la playa a unos pasos, se come rico, tiene varias areas recreativas entre las albercas, la cancha de padel o tenis, area de juegos para niños chapoteadero, restaurante, club de playa, zona de fogatas para reuniones... en fín; mi esposa y yo la pasamos muy bien.

Es un lugar agradable y tranquilo, tiene lindos rincones para unas buenas fotografías, en general limpio y cómodo, aunque para acceder a la habitación después de estar en la playa o en la alberca no tenía un espacio especial para no entrar mojados a la habitación, sería bueno poder agregar un tapete, la tele de mi habitación estaba un poco mal hubicada y el aire acondicionado no supimos como regular la temperatura, el servicio que ofrecen de alimentos pues no es variado y pedimos café que nunca llegó, en general nos gusto a mi familia y a mi

Me gustó la estancia, tanto que me quedé dos días más. En general esta bien, todos los días hacen el aseo y cambian sábanas y toallas, de pronto hay animalitos en el baño pero es por tanta naturaleza, en la tarde noche es fácil encontrarte con cangrejos de visita en las áreas verdes, la comida es rica el trato del personal es amable y servicial
