Bonito hotel, se necesita tomar taxi para el centro. El hotel esta ubicado arriba de una tienda de conveniencia donde llegan muchas motos y coches por lo que es muy ruidoso si estas en las habitaciones que dan a la calle

Las instalaciones en términos generales bien, falta servicios de alimentos y bebidas, el Agua de la alberca fría y un poco descuidada pero prácticamente nuevas las instalaciones. Cuenta con estacionamiento lo cual es muy conveniente en Taxco aunque el hotel está algo retirado del centro.

Las fotos del hotel son muy buenas y uno cree estar pagando lo justo, pero al llegar la verdad es otra. Tienen problemas con la luz y por lo que escuchamos no es la primera vez que sucede, las luces de la mitad de la habitación parpadearon toda la noche y la mitad de hotel estaba fuera de servicio por problemas de luz. La otra mitad da a la carretera y el sonido pasa tal cual a la habitación. La limpieza de las toallas no es buenas y la regadera tiene muy poca presión. El sonido del pasillo entra tal cual a la habitación así que se escucha todo de ese lado también. El desayuno extra por el costo de $38 pesos por persona consta de fruta, café y medio pan, ni mermelada o mantequilla. La alberca es fría y se notaba que no le daban mantenimiento seguido. Son deficiencias que uno pagaría por un hotel de 700 o máximo 1000 pesos pero el costo es mayor para la calidad del hotel.

La habitación con vista a las montañas es excepcional y lo que más nos gustó del viaje. Aunque está un poco retirado del centro pasan unas combis enfrente que llegan rápido.

La habitación estaba en buenas condiciones y sin embargo tuvimos la mala suerte de que saliera muy poca agua de la regadera tampoco había champú ni líquido para cuerpo, en general bien pero pues esos detalles son los que generan una mejor experiencia al huésped
