problems with receptionists

I didn't like the attitude of the receptionist. He didn't meet us or even say hello when we came in. He was busy having a personal conversation with a visitor about personal matters. This is unacceptable. We had to wait a long time and while the children wanted to sleep. This is impolite towards new residents of this hotel. The second receptionist was so busy in the kitchen that we had to wait a long time for the demagnetized keys to be renewed. The whole vacation was wonderful, except for the receptionists.

Pas de problÚme de stationnement. Parking fermé. Si vous voulez que votre chambre soit faite, il faut le demander à la réception ... cette prestation étant comprise dans le tarif j'ai contesté. Donc vous pouvez rester 3 jours, pas d'aspiration de moquette, pas de lit de fait, pas de reassortiment de gobelets. Bref, se sera mon dernier séjour dans cet hotel.
