Enjoy this fully self-contained, 30 m² studio apartment, completely renovated and optimized for your comfort. Located a 5-minute walk from the train station, it is easily accessible. By car, you can park for free and safely in the library parking lot, which is a 200-meter walk away. You have a small courtyard at the entrance, which can be convenient on warmer evenings. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, but preferably 2 adults and 2 children, as the sofa bed is a small one to maximize space. We have tried to provide as many amenities as possible. If you need anything else for your stay, please don't hesitate to ask. We'll do our best. You'll be a maximum of 5 minutes' walk from the train station and shops (Franprix, tobacconist, bakery, pizzeria, pharmacies, etc.). You have access to all parts of the accommodation as it is self-contained. You can take walks in the communal areas of the complex while respecting the peace and privacy of the neighbors. Please note that Bouffémont is 25 minutes from Paris Nord by train and 20 minutes from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport by car.
