Modern and bright villa with heated swimming pool in Provence, 10 kms from Avignon Located in Tavel, a small Gard village renowned for its Rosé wine in the heart of the Tavel, Lirac and Châteauneuf du Pape vineyards. 10 kms from Avignon, the Pont du Gard, Orange. It is the ideal starting point to discover Provence (Les Baux de Provence, Saint Rémy de Provence, Le Lubéron) and the many other tourist sites of the region: Drôme Provençale, Uzès, Cèze Valley, the Camargue, the Calanques de Cassis.... The villa is in a quiet and pleasant residential area, at the end of the cul-de-sac. It is a 5-minute walk from the village center and a few minutes from the paths for walks or bike rides. Dogs are allowed and the garden is fully fenced.

Great place - thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House is very well equipped and in an excellent location - bakery, grocery shop and restaurants within walking distance, beautiful Provençal villages and towns all around. Avignon was a highlight, and Aigueze.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre semaine dans le logement, qui est vraiment très agréable, bien équipé. L’extérieur avec la terrasse et la piscine est vraiment top!Jean-Noël nous a très bien accueilli et donné de nombreuses recommandations de choses à voir dans la région.
