This is a brand new villa in a small, quiet development of four houses, surrounded by vineyards perfect for walks. It's a 10-minute walk to the village center, where you'll find a Super U supermarket, tobacconist, bar, and restaurant. The house features a swimming pool area, a pool house with a gas barbecue and pizza oven, and a pétanque court. The property is fully fenced with excellent privacy. Avignon is a 10-minute drive away, and the nearest beaches are 45 minutes away. Nîmes is 30 minutes away. Ideally located for a holiday with family or friends, the villa has three bedrooms: two children's rooms and a master suite opening onto the terrace and pool. The bathroom has a double shower and a Bluetooth-connected towel warmer. The entire house has air conditioning.
