Located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood Coastal Retreat offers a sophisticated blend of modern luxury and relaxed coastal living. Our newly renovated single level home is designed to deliver an exceptional holiday experience in Mount Maunganui. The property features three beautifully appointed bedrooms thoughtfully designed for comfort and versatility. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious queen bed. The second bedroom is perfect for children with a set of bunk beds. The third bedroom offers a flexible single bed configuration to suit your needs. The home includes two full bathrooms and a dedicated laundry room for your convenience. The open plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for creating memorable family moments equipped with high quality cookware and serving essentials. The living room serves as a dedicated relaxation space featuring an indoor fireplace and comfortable seating. Outside the private pool BBQ and bar area are complemented by a large umbrella and gazebo providing the ultimate alfresco living and dining experience. The spacious fully fenced backyard is secure for children to play. We provide high speed wireless internet and two heat pumps for year round comfort.
