Clean good size room super friendly helpful staff. Jessie the manager was such a sweetheart. Super great location just off the beach and across from Mt Maunganui cafes shops and the hot spring pools sooo good must try if you go.

The staff were friendly and the location fabulous. Right be the hot pools, beach, cafes and the track to climb to the summit of the Mount. We were surprised to read we were expected to take our own trash out to the garbage bins in the undercover parking area and also to be charged an extra $45 because one of used the spare bed. I would expect to pay $45 if we had a 3rd person staying to cover extra hot water usage etc .. but $45 to change a pair of sheets seemed excessive. There was signage in the room to expect an extra charge .. we just didn’t expect it to be so much. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. We would stay again … just not use the 2nd bed.

Only gave us fresh towels some days and not everyday. One of the fresh towels was folded but had big splash of blood in corner. Couch is terrible to sit on and beds are really springy.
