"L'hôtel est un peu vieillissant et particulièrement sale (literie mise à part). Les parties communes sont sales et abîmées. L'accueil est très serviable et gentil. Par contre, une agente d'entretien s'est permis de me réveiller en tapant à ma porte à 10h30, 11h15 et de manière très insistante à 11h50. En ouvrant la porte, elle s'est permis de me réprimander sous prétexte que j'étais la dernière chambre occupée de l'étage et que le checkout était dans ~10 minutes. Le ton employé était complètement inacceptable et le fond de son propos inadapté: le checkout est indiqué à MIDI. Ce genre de méthode est une première pour moi, bien qu'ayant voyagé dans différents endroits du monde... Compte tenu de l'inhospitalité et l'aggressivité de cette employée, je re reviendrai pas je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. Elle devrait plutôt se concentrer sur la propreté défaillante des chambres puisque c'est sa reaponsabilité."
