Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Très bel hôtel récemment rénové au bord du golf de chiberta avec un personnel très accueillant. La décoration est très chaleureuse et les terrasses appellent à la flânerie. Il y a juste un bémol sur la piscine partagée avec la résidence et le restaurant au rapport qualité prix trop élevé. Cet endroit bien situé est très agréable.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cet établissement. L'hôtel a été très bien rénové : la décoration est moderne, propre et chaleureuse. On s'y sent tout de suite très bien ! Quelques petits points d'amélioration toutefois pour que ce soit parfait : Le parking : Il dénote un peu par rapport au reste de l'hôtel car il fait encore un peu délabré. De plus, il manque cruellement de bornes de recharge pour les véhicules électriques, ce qui serait un vrai plus aujourd'hui. Le petit-déjeuner : Les produits sont bons, mais l'agencement est moyen. Le buffet étant situé tout au fond de la salle, la circulation n'est pas des plus fluides. En résumé : Malgré ces quelques détails logistiques, les prestations globales sont de grande qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous venons de passer 4 nuits fantastiques à l'Hôtel de Chiberta avec notre enfant de 5 ans, et nous ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse ! • Un accueil au top pour les familles : Un immense merci à l'ensemble du personnel qui a été tout simplement génial. Ils ont été extrêmement facilitants et attentionnés pour que notre séjour avec un jeune enfant se déroule dans les meilleures conditions possibles. C'est tellement appréciable ! • Le cadre : Tout simplement magnifique. L’environnement est apaisant, verdoyant et offre un cadre sécurisant et ressourçant pour toute la famille. • La table : Le restaurant est superbe ! Les repas étaient un vrai régal à chaque fois, avec un service fluide et chaleureux. • Les chambres : Très confortables, spacieuses et parfaitement adaptées pour bien se reposer après des journées bien remplies.
