The 3 living rooms 90m2, Living room with 4 4 seater sofas, 4 poufs, TV, Billiard room / Bar and kitchen / dining room overlook the terrace / swimming pool (4.4m bay window). 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, 5 bedrooms upstairs (one of which is 21 m2, with 6 beds, TV, private bathroom, double indoor / outdoor access by stairs). 6/7 closed parking spaces .
