For the price it’s a great deal. Well equipped with fridge, micro, toaster, kettle, countertop with sink. Bed was very comfortable slept like a baby. Location is good nice walk along the river to the beach.

Clean place, super easy check-in (even though we arrived after midnight!), the room is supplied with everything you need for a comfortable stay and the motel concept is just amazingly convenient when you need to move your family and belongings from the car into the room.
