"From the security officers to the front desk staff & the all other staff at various sectors were friendly, alert & always in smile. - The security officers are great, always looking out around the premise's to ensure safety & render help whenever needed. On 1 night both my female guests returned to hotel near midnight, a security officer took the effort to escort them to the lift lobby to ensure they are safe. - The small issues was that 1 of my guest's room key was not functioning well & needed to approach the Front Desk in few trips to have it fixed."

The food was delicious, especially the burgers and starters – fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout. "Bathtub was dirty with black spots; shower curtain was dirt and with molded stains at the lower part; no face towel; only provided bath towels but they were gray instead of white. Someone locked my door in middle of night, scary to death."

"Could have maintained the toilet taps well. Appreciate thorough check before letting the guest in, as could not close the toilet door and instead of spoiled tab, we had to use the main valve. Breakfast qualify defenitely need improvement. Suit was spacious and bedroom was very tidy and well maintained."
