Had a great stay at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort. The environment is very relaxing, with direct access to a private beach and a clean, beautiful infinity pool. Breakfast was satisfying, and the room was well-equipped and exactly as shown in the photos. Special thanks to the staff and security team for their kindness and prompt help when we misplaced our phone—they were very supportive throughout. Overall, a pleasant stay with friendly service. Highly recommended!

Sprawling property, well maintained. Some renovations were underway while we were there but not too much of a hindrance. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast buffet spread had a good range and also catered for dietary restrictions like gluten free etc. Food and service across the restaurants was generally pretty decent. Areas for improvement are probably in entertainment for kids. Kids club and the coral lounge had limited activities.

The breakfast buffet spread is good. however the concern is that the wait for coffee is too long. it should not be on machines only because the machines are always down and require servicing / attention and the staffs are too busy to attend to it. besides that, all is good.
