The restaurant is terrible, we had to give back the boneles chicjen because they were raw!!! The breakfast is poor… and you have to pay extra for something that is very low quality. This has been my go-to Hotel when visiting Tampico but this time I had a bad experience. All the staff were courteous but not the most efficient, there was only one receptionist at the check in time and at least 4 people waiting in line. The AC in the room malfunctioned since day 1, couldn't lower the temperature, called the desk and they lowered it from their end, on day 2 the AC wouldn't even turn on, they changed my room TWICE because of that. Parking on these premises can be hard because of the restaurants in there.
