DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

The minute I walked in the building, I was greeted with a ok presence. i booked a room reservation for 2 beds didn't have any available so she gave me a king size bed wasn't happy with it and didn't give back the money reimbursement for the difference... Now, I was told that the elevators wasn't working.Had to use the stairs which my room was on the second floor. As i'm walking through the hallways, I noticed two doors across each other with gun bullet holes and the carpet very moldy and wet and had a bad smell throughout the hallway. As I enter my room, my room.Smell very moldy, and wet gave me a headache i took pictures of all the mold spots in the room wasn't very happy at all.. For hygiene essentials, all I got was one bar soap, no shampoo or conditioner..Nobody greeted me out when it was time for check out.. gates were closed all the way... The only thing positive about my room was the comfy king size bed...Will Never book here again!!! BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

Elevator broken.. Elevator has been inoperative for months as per front desk.. Light wont stay on in the bathroom or living room.. Always turns off automatically after about 15 to 20 minutes.. Poor furniture design. Interior is depressing.

It could have been better

The kitchen area was good but the cleanliness wasn't as good as it should have been! Plus, I'm a coffee drinker and there was no coffee pot 😞

DO NOT BOOK!!! Stay away! This hotel, hands down has to be the most nastiest, unprofessional, disgusting hotel I’ve ever been too. And if it wasn’t for my baby, I’d be sleeping in my car. Upon arrival, I instantly picked up on the most disturbing smell in the lobby. I then had to use the phone to contact an agent due to the fact that they have no one infront to receive you. After waiting almost an hour and making 4 calls to 4 different agents. The man who was supposed to be working in the lobby seemed like he was just waking up, had the nastiest attitude, did not feel welcoming at all. But that’s not even the worst part of this horrific experience. After waiting an hour with my sleeping baby in my arms and 2 bags… the man goes to tell me the elevators does not work, my room is on the 4th floor and that I’ll need to take the stairs. I kindly asked for a refund and he said I’d have to take it up with the third party I booked with. As we are done with the check in process, he gives me the keys and just close the shutters and walk off. The keys don’t have my room number and I have no idea where the stairs are. He sees me struggling with my sleeping baby and the two luggage’s in my hands. And walks away… as he’s walking away I asked him about my room number and the stairs, he shouted from the end of the hall way, my room number and that the stairs were down the hall. Then he continues to walk away. Seems to me like he was going back to sleep. The worst experience I’ve ever had.

This place was so nasty. The elevator did not work and it’s smelled in the stares and hallways. The walls was dirty and outside of the refrigerator was nasty. It’s never anyone at the front desk. They only have one towel and charge for anymore. Would only give one roll of toilet paper was told they couldn’t give you anymore. My door you had to slam it to close and then make sure it closed all the way even after that all you have to do was kick it and it would open.

Did not enjoy stay. I had to ask for a different room due mold/mildew odor, roach infestation. The next room wasnt much better. The building smelled awful soon as I walked in , I regretted choosing this place immediately. The Front desk associate was pleasant. Easy check in .

No elevator staff abuse

The elevator was broken. No compensation was offered when ask denied. Therefore we had to walk up and down to our 4th floor room. Asked for a room on a lower floor. Second floor available with a upcharge of $38. No thank you. I was labor weekend no rooms available the labor union need to investigate the cleaning staff has been enduring up and down the stairs carrying heavy equipment and cleaning supplies linen. Customer have to walk to front desk for toilet paper because the front desk staff don't want to walk the stairs. this place is TERRIBLE

Filled with roaches, reeks of cigarettes. MY ROOM WASNT EVEN CLEANED I HAD NO LINEN NO SHEETS BLANKETS. CLEAN TOWELS. AC UNIT WAS BROKEN! NEVER EVER EVER WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY WITH THIS EXTENDED STAY. I Was embarrassed. It was the last room they had. i wasted an additional $500 just to get a room at A CLEANER HOTEL. And the lobby rep was a complete snob nasty woman
