The staff was excellent. Everything else was not acceptable. It was noisy, the bed was not comfortable, and there were roaches in the room. The lamp had a build up of rust on the bottom and the fixtures are in need of replacement. There was debris in the common areas (hallways, elevators) that remained for the duration of our stay. Cannot check in after 11pm unless you call an after hours team - there is no front desk clerk from 11p-7a. The welcome email lists a restaurant in the parking lot that has obviously been closed for a while. I would strongly advise against this property, especially if you will be needing an extended stay.

The place wasnt terrible. Its a newer hotel built a few years back. But there is only one elevator for the entire hotel. As you may have guessed, it stopped working.
