Unresponsive staff. After complaining about the stairwell smelling of urine from the visiting pets, nothing was done for several days and then only a sweeping with no mopping was completed. The elevator went out every other day. The backdoor was left open afterhours. The attendant came to service room once during my 3 weeks stay and did not clean the tub. I purchased my own cleaning supplies to ensure proper cleaning. The phone to contact the front desk in the lobby did not work. Dog feces were in the walking path of visitors. Dog hair was found in the washer machine making it unusable. I never received my veteran's service discount.

No shower curtain! Floor was laminated and you could feel the dirt on feet. Bed looked clean and late so went to bed. Everything was rusty lamps, stove and mirror. Complete -5 Star. Horrible!!! Don't stay!!!

Sketchy people loitering in parking lot gives a bad first impression. The hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. No extra amenities, but the staff tried to make accommodations. Probably won’t stay here again despite the affordable price.
