Pool Experience

The pool is available for your enjoyment at your own risk. The property owner assumes no liability for injuries or accidents arising from its use.

The pool heater is set to approximately 89°F and operates daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note that water temperature may vary depending on outdoor conditions, especially during cooler weather (below 60°F). As such, specific pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds or adjustments will be issued due to weather-related variations.

Guests may not adjust or tamper with pool equipment or settings.

Pets

We welcome one small dog (under 20 lbs) with a $100 pet fee.

Pets must be well-trained, clean, and are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Pets must not be left unattended unless safely crated. Any damages or additional cleaning required will be charged to the guest.

Home Comfort & Care

To maintain a comfortable environment for all guests:

* Thermostat may be adjusted within 70°F to 90°F only
* Do not tamper with system settings
* Keep doors and windows closed while A/C is in use
* Keep garage doors closed when not actively in use

Propane service is available upon request and must be arranged prior to arrival. A $35 service fee applies.

Check-In & Check-Out

We kindly ask that guests respect scheduled times to allow proper preparation of the home.

* Early check-in or late check-out may be requested in advance and is subject to availability and approval
* Approved early check-in or late check-out is $50 per hour
* Unapproved early arrival or late departure is $100 per hour
