Our 2nd visit to this property and will stay again based on availability on our next trip to Tampa. Great location, close to airport and major highways. The unit is on 3rd floor and has a great view of the beach area, bay and beautiful sunsets. Communication with owner is very good. The property is as advertised, very clean and well equipped.

This was a great place to stay! The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was great and had everything we could need. The balcony was an amazing feature as well. Overall, it had everything we needed and was clean and reliable. The host was attentive and easy to communicate with. Answered any and all questions and was fantastic overall.
