BUYER BEWARE. This VRBO experience was very disappointing. The accommodation was misrepresented as a 4-bedroom unit with two kings, six queens, two queen sofa beds, and two twin beds. What we found was one king, three queens, one queen sofa bed (rock hard) and one twin futon. The unit was clean, spacious, and modern with nice amenities and location close to Armature works, but unfortunately the actual sleeping arrangements did not match the listing and would not accommodate our group. After advising the host we were two beds short and several sheet sets, he had two blowup mattresses and some sheet sets delivered to the unit at 9 PM on check-in day. As the bedrooms were not large enough for the blowup mattresses, two adults had to sleep in the in the dining area and TV room which impacted their sleep and limited use of accommodation for the rest of the group. Not exactly appropriate accommodation for a VRBO unit that cost us 816/night! After checking out, along with advising the host of several maintenance items to look at (loose faucet, loose gate latch, patio door lock not working, dining and bar chairs with wobbly legs), a 25% reimbursement was requested from the host/owner as compensation for the misrepresentation of bed space and associated negative impact on the stay. The host subsequently ignored my request until a VRBO associate contacted him. The owner indicated we should be satisfied that the blowup mattresses were provided but did offer a small 250 refund.
