The room was very clean. The view from the porch was perfect for watching the beautiful sunset!! The bed was very comfortable. The location of the unit was fantastic….really enjoyed being right by the pool and the walk to the beach was short! Will definitely book again!

Heated pool is right there. Pickle ball courts etc are just across driveway. Plus a sandy beach on bay. Nice development and low price. Bring your own eating utensils and beach towels.

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The biggest reason for going with this rental was that we won thought it was similar to the pictures and would be larger. Two we wanted to be able to use the pool and the hot tub as well as be in the area for our event and the pictures made it look so nice. Obviously pictures can be deceiving. It was a small hotel room that was outdated and needs some tender, loving and care. The ceilings were stained. The bathtub was in need of recovering all of the edges around the room have gone through quite a bit of life. We were there for a quick weekend getaway, and the landlord continued through the entire weekend to contact us nonstop. We were never able to use the pool or the hot tub because if you wanted to use them after the sun went down, you weren’t allowed and our days were spent for our event and we wanted to be able to relax in a pool or a hot tub in the evening and that was not available. We don’t feel that this was true to the description and certainly very overpriced. The room was no better than a cheap hotel. The one nice thing was the bed was comfortable.
