The DUMP!!!

I had to change rooms after I unpacked. The refrigerator did not work in the first room. Additionally, a light bulb was out. The second room did not have all the outlets to supply power to charge my cell phone. The AC unit in this room did not cool as well as the first room. Scuff marks on the walls. I will not stay there again. That place is a dump!!!

Very Conveniently Located!

Very conveniently located. Short walk (approx. 10-15 min) to RJS. The free breakfast was pretty good. There was a sandwich shop in the front plaza that was pretty good, there are some stores/restaurants on the other side of RJS (a little further walking distance maybe 25-30ish minutes). Traffic in and out was pretty easy to navigate. It is an older hotel that was renovated so it does have its flaws, our room had a musty smell to it. Other that that everything was clean. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

There was so many issues with the rooms, the smell, the lack of cleanliness, the two room changes, the cigarette burns in the comforter and the blood on my sheets. I don’t understand, clean isn’t difficult.

Upon arriving to our room we noticed the toilet had leaked. It left a puddle on the floor. There was no hot water in the shower and the pipes knocked extremely loud half the night. The elevator is also extremely slow and the door gets stuck a lot so you’re just sitting there waiting for it to close

Mold smelling room

Avoid room 426, moldy smell. The entire hotel has a smell, but 426 is overwhelmingly bad. I realize it was humid and summer, but this was awful. On to of that the shower leaks.

Staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. The carpeting throughout hotel was in need of a cleaning. It seemed dingy and old. There was a musty odor in the hallways and in the room. In fact I asked to be switched to another room and that was the odor was the same. The beds and pillows were comfortable. It was quiet on the 4th floor, which helped me to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I would rate it a 6 out of 10.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel feels a little older and maybe in need of carpet cleaning. The rooms do have an odor and it's probably because of the carpeting. Once I was in the room for awhile, I didn't notice any longer.

Easy walk to stadium to watch a baseball game. Staff was friendly. No restaurants within walking distance but plenty to drive to a few miles away.
