Did not stay there. Check in person was very rude to me. Wanted to check in a little early about 2:20 to drop off my bags and continue with my business, but he was adament about the time and would not let me see the room or check in. I told him that there was nobody there and the parking lot was EMPTY...NO CARS. I told him about my business and would be away for a few hours, but he told that I would have to come back! I told him that I did not have to come back and that his attitude to me was unacceptable. I told him to cancel my reservation. He said that I would be charged for 1 night, that was their policy. I told him that if you charge me I would fight the charge with me credit card company, for treating a customer like that! And my review about HOTELS.COM and the RODEWAY INN SUN CITY CENTER would not be the review that you would want to see if you know what I mean.

Sub-par; would not recommend

Room 118: The toilet in my room didn’t have any bolts securing it to the floor. Every time I used it, it would move. Front desk staff was rude and rarely accessible. Other guests were talking loudly and sweating outside my door for over an hour.

Convenient to all things Sun City Center. This is a well-maintained and safe motel, with a swimming pool. The owner lives on-site so (any) issues are addressed quickly. And the price is right

Very nice people, mind their businesses like family. Close to different shops, even a laundry matter across the street. The beds are definitely fair, much better than the hard ones you'll find in other competitions.

We stayed 5 night and supposed to get room service and clean twice, but got none. We had to reused the same towels for all 5 nights and trash was not empty and stacking up since we usually came back late and had to get food to go. Bed sheets were stained. There was a big dead cockroach on the floor the night we checked in. We will not be coming back to this place.
