Nice kitchen. Ac was very effective. Be aware, there are some slip and fall issues that should be addressed. Shower floor very slippery, and no grab bars or mats. Bathroom floor slick and throw rug slides easily. No rubber bottom. In the bedroom, there is less than 12 inches between the big dresser and the foot board. I slammed my shin and knee into it several times because it’s too big to walk straight through. Although the dresser is gorgeous, it would be better with just a bedside table. My knee is black and blue and swollen. Beautiful property, immaculate condition! Just a few tweaks would make it better. One last thing, neighborhood was a bit sketchy. Yolanda was a great hostess!

Clean, comfy and quiet!

Had to book a last minute stay as travel plans shifted, and I'm happy to have found this place! Everything was clean, it was the perfect amount of space for me, and it was within driving distance of the events I went too. Host was communicative and check in/out was great/easy. It's a bit off the beaten path but as a solo traveler I never felt unsafe or uneasy staying there.

Beautiful Place

This is my second time renting this private suite. I recommend it. It is spotless and very well decorated. It has a full kitchen and huge bathroom.The owner takes very good care of this unit. I look forward to rent again in the near future.

We had an awesome stay! The unit was spotless upon arrival. Check in/out was the easiest I've ever had. It's close enough to everything but far enough to avoid the crowds. We will definitely stay again on our next trip if it's available.

Very comfortable

We were happy with our stay, found the layout odd. Having to walk through the bathroom to get to bedroom? A couch in the kitchen and the refrifgerator on an angle as if it were a center piece. But thats all decor taste. The only one BIG negetive was there wasn't even a bar of soap in the bathroon. I found that very cheap and not OK, even though we carry our own soap and toiletries.

Clean & Quiet

The property was located on the corner of a quiet street. It was clean and provided all the necessary amenities we needed for our stay. The location provided easy access to activities, restaurants and shopping. The beach was farther than expected, but was a beautiful coastal drive. We would recommend staying here to those looking for a central location.

We arrived late and let the owner know, they were fine with that. When we arrived it was smaller than it appeared in the picture, but was very clean and comfortable. We were only there two nights, but was just perfect for us. The location was perfect, we wanted to go to the zoo.

We had an amazing stay at Yolanda's Vrbo! The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do in Tampa. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had a restful night’s sleep.
