Florida is a tropical destination and with that comes small pests and critters. Please keep windows and doors closed to lessen a chance encounter. Despite regular treatment of the property you may encounter geckos, the ghastly palmetto bug, or other critters.
Please note this is not an issue of cleanliness as we have the home cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards but despite our endeavors some pests do slip past our best defenses.

> Primary Guest Presence: Kindly have the primary guest present during check-in (no exceptions).
> No Parties: Parties are strictly prohibited
> No Smoking: Smoking, including vaping, cigarettes, and marijuana, is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property.
> No shoes policy: Kindly remove your shoes at the entryway. In the spirit of keeping things pristine any removable stains may incur additional cleaning charges. For those stubborn non-removable stains, a replacement fee for the damaged/soiled item will apply.
> Undisclosed animals or guests: Please inform us of any additional animals or guests beforehand. Additional fees ($100/day fee if broken) or cleaning charges may apply if policies are not followed.
> Quiet Hours: Our quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
> Climate Considerations: Florida has a tropical climate so please keep doors/windows closed to prevent unwanted pests.
> Thermostat Settings: Maintain the thermostat between 68°F and 78°F to prevent damage to the A/C system.
> No Open Flames: For safety reasons, avoid open flames, candles, or matches.

> Replacement fees for missing or stained towels/linens.
> An additional cleaning fee may apply if trash is left on the ground or dirty dishes are not placed in the dishwasher.
