The home is not an entire home as advertised. The property owner has very haphazardly remodeled the back half of the home to a separate living quarters. The rented portion of the “entire” home is on accessible by going on a single concrete block wide walking path around the side of the home through a gate and in through the patio/pool are. Once you arrive you are greeted by a chemical smell and filthy cabinetry with dirty floors and beds that the mattresses are broken. If you decide to stay which we did because we arrived late at night. You will then wake up the next morning to garbage piled up outside of the bedroom windows. Once you decide to go ahead and try to use the pool you will notice that there are multiple broken edge tiles and that the pump does not work therefore the pool is not clean. This was attempted to be masked by using fresh shock it and overly chlorined. If you were to want to use the kitchen you would soon be disgusted with the years of grease on everything in the cabinets and black mildew growing on the bottoms. Overall nearly 300 a night I would expect a much better prepared home than multiple broken pieces of furniture and a filthy environment.
