We had a really nice stay overall and would absolutely consider staying here again. Pros: • The location was very convenient for getting around Tampa and made it easy to travel to nearby areas like St. Petersburg and Bradenton. • The view from the condo was gorgeous and definitely a highlight of our stay. • The condo itself was decorated very cute and felt welcoming. . Pool and “beach area” at condo were fantastic. Food at pool cabana was also yummy. • The Pac-Man game was a big hit—my son especially loved it and spent a lot of time enjoying it. We appreciated the couple board games provided also. Cons: • The small foosball table in our unit was unfortunately broken, which was disappointing since my son would have really enjoyed using it. • Some of the household items could use an upgrade. The kitchen supplies were very minimal, and the bedding was also somewhat sparse. Bed was small but the space was small… • There were no hangers in the master closet, which made it a bit inconvenient to unpack and settle in. And the iron was crusty leaving black stains on my white pants 😔. Overall, this would have easily been a five-star stay with just a bit more attention to those smaller details.

The unit we stayed in was better than what we thought the outside was a little outdated but the inside was amazingly updated. It was clean and smelled good, and the bed was comfortable. The view was awesome the sunsets were beautiful and we got to see some dolphins and manatees while sitting outside on the balcony. The artwork was great if you know you know. Overall it was a good stay and I enjoyed my birthday week. I will definitely stay there again.

Stayed while visiting family for Thanksgiving. Resort was under construction, repairs. Construction materials everywhere. Stairway/Fire Escape was blocked. Elevator very slow. Unit needed maintenance. Slider didn't slide easily. Furnace filter was very dirty. Looked like the only maintenance was to put a coat of paint over the issues. Sofa bed didn't have appropriate sheets. Mattresses were cheap, landlord specials. Fishing pier was blocked off and ready to fall into the bay. Beach didn't have bay access.

The suite was lovely. Nicely decorated and had plenty of space for 2 people. The suite overlooks the bay along with a sandy patch of beach with sun chairs. The kitchen is well equipped.
