1. House was cold on several occasions during our stay; couldn't manage on our end & 3 of my guest got colds. Had to contact the owner every time who handles everything on their end2. The WiFi was unreliable 3. There were ants in the kitchen. We kept the kitchen clean constantly, not leaving food on the counter or on the floor 4. There was a coach roach in one of the bedrooms5. There were refrigerators with water & ice dispensers and neither of them produced ice. There was a ice machine maker but it definitely didn't produce enough ice for 5 adults6. The washing machine washed my colored clothes in hot water even with the cold water setting7. There was no closet in the master suite8. Pool wasn't heated enough; again, everything managed by the owner and had to wait on their response
