The furniture was too short for tall people. The couch was worn out and needed additional throws. There were no extra pillows. Had to request towels and then had to go down to front desk and retrieve them.

The amenity level vaults ROOST above lots of other comparable hotels: a large swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, viewing room with a huge TV, co-working space, free coffee, etc. Plus there are lots of thoughtful little details: a jug of fresh water in the fridge, folded pool towels, laundry detergent capsules to use in the machines included in your room, and Le Labo bath products!

Room was wonderful and area was very walkable. Staff was polite and helpful. It was very busy when we came in so there was no parking close to hotel so I had to check in while my daughter drove in circles until we could get the key for the parking garage. That was extra money for an already expensive room.
