Lovely Home

This was a wonderful 3 bedroom home situated in a great neighborhood close to the University of Tampa. We were a family ranging from 93-21 visiting for our daughter’s graduation. The house was very clean, in a safe neighborhood with a lovely little back yard. The communication with the hosts and the rental company were spot on and all questions were answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

All good except…

Everything was just fine. Place is clean and in a great location. One drawback is 4 TVs, 8 remotes, 0 possibilities of getting a single thing to watch (game day). Passwords didn’t work, when it did connect, connection was too slow to actually play the game. If you’re going to rent the place, bite the bullet and get cable.

Family Weekend at U Tampa

The home was perfect for me, my wife and Mother in Law. We were close to campus which made it super easy. Only problem was the TV in the living room would not work and the bedroom tv was just ok. Otherwise, all was good.

Perfect location!

What a blessing we found this home so close to downtown Tampa! We had five ladies staying in the house for a conference at Amali Arena. It was so comfortable and had everything needed. The host was easy to work with and helped me through the entire booking process. Totally recommend to anyone who wants to stay in downtown Tampa.

The house is clean and accessible to Uber to the Riverwalk downtown. There wasn't any keurig k cups or common coffee pot. The master bedroom pillows need updating, flat, no support. But overall a nice place to stay. Very quaint.

Fantastic property

Every detail has been thought of down to switches being labeled, instructions, ample towels and toiletries. We really enjoyed out stay at this location and would stay here again in a heartbeat. So nice to have a driveway to park in, washer and dryer easy to use. Hot tub in perfect working order. Awesome location.

Couples Get-a-way: Great Place to Stay

This is a PERFECT place for at least 6 people! We had enough room and space to enjoy time together as one group as well as individual (couple) time. The home had all the items needed for a stay away from home! The hottub is definitely a bonus! The neighborhood was nice and close to the downtown areas that we were looking for! Lastly, the house host was AWESOME! I received messages and updates before arriving, during the stay, and the day of departure! We knew that if anything went wrong, they were right there available to help. However, we did not have any problems! GREAT PLACE TO STAY! We will be back!

Very nice place, walkable to Tampa Riverwalk and University of Tampa

Myself, my sister, and three teenagers visited Tampa and wanted to see the Riverwalk area. We picked the perfect VRBO! It is safely walkable to the Riverwalk and University of Tampa campus. Three bedrooms, VERY clean, and well-provisioned (including tampons and band aids under bathroom sink!). We really enjoyed the use of the hot tub and the backyard area and played some fun games of corn hole. It was such a pleasant place! Only thing I had trouble with was the TVs, they all come with Firestick and I just never really figure out how to use them. But it was not a big deal, we were busy doing things and seeing the sights and having a good time together. The kids were on their phones when we weren't busy with other things. A more tech knowledgeable person might be able to figure out the TVs, lol. Had a great time. Highly recommend this place. One of the best VRBOs I've stayed in

Great weekend getaway

Very nice property. Spacious, clean, well equipped and a great location. Walking distance to the "Hooch and Hive" and very close to many other restaurants including Armature works. Great spot for a weekend getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. The House was very clean and very well-stocked with the amenities you need for a great kitchen. The only downfall we had was, there was no live TV. You can download some apps and stream Netflix, but unfortunately my 2 sisters (seniors) and I were not able to do that due to lack of technical knowledge on our part.

What a beautiful home, perfect for a 4 day getaway with 2 buddies to watch the Bucs and Lightning. 3 beds and 2 baths. Cornhole boards, hot tub, etc. We truly couldn’t have had better arrangements. Close to everything. A cheap Uber ride and you’re anywhere you want to be. Santoros Pizza behind the house on next block, excellent food!!!! Coffee Lab Coffee 2 blocks away. Owner and her property many were awesome to deal with. Professional, courteous and communication was great. Highly recommended!!!!!
