Pool wasn't enjoyable full of bugs. Reported probably after checking in March 7th it couldn't be resolved until Monday at 10:30AM March 9th. Check out was for 10:00AM on March 9th. Master bath shower drain isn't draining. Property manager would've known if someone truly cleaned the shower before we arrived?? They should've reported it. No, towel racks in Master bathroom. I chose this place for the pool arrived 2 days early for my family to enjoy, before cruising out of Port of Tampa.

perfect for a bigger group

the home was very clean and everything worked properly! there were lots of places to sleep so that came in handy with a larger group. the neighborhood was nice and in a good location. WOULD STAT HERE AGAIN!!:)

My family and I really enjoyed the property. The house was very spacious,clean and my family felt very comfortable. The house decor is nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully supplied for all our needs. An overall great experience.

Spring Break Home

We traveled from Texas to Tampa to stay for 6 weeks and enjoy the Yankees Spring Training. We had family in and out to visit during our stay and picked a wonderful home in a great area. We felt so much at home in this house and made it our own. Our host was wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed. It’s a great area and we felt very safe. We were close to all Tampa has to offer. We’d highly recommend staying here.

I’ll start with the pros: House is very charming, nice neighborhood. Cons: cleanliness, overall was good, but missed a spot in bathroom that was very gross. Pool: biggest disappointment. Pool was very dirty, no light. Could not be used. (Did not seem like heater was working as well) We chose this house over another because of the pool and could not use it.

Nice house with great pool

The pool was really nice, the showers were extremely good, beds were comfortable... the place was nice, but has the potential to be extremely nice with a little more effort. Large TV's in every room was nice to have, but they were cumbersome to get set up and navigate. Herman did respond quickly to some needs we had.

Nice place that worked for us, but there were some issues

Overall this was a nice place the worked well for my daughter's wedding we were in town for. There were some minor issues and one major issue. Minor issues were: - For the most part the place was fairly clean, however the floor was disgusting! You couldn't walk across the floor without your feet getting black from dirt. I believe i should be reimbursed for at least part of the cleaning fee and would love to hear what the owner has to say... - When we arrived, the pool water was 2" below the skimmer. The pool pump was running 24 hours a day (timer was broken) and was making an awful racket so I added water to the pool. This quieted the pump down a bit but it was still pretty loud (pool pump is directly outside the master bedroom window). The owner let me know he appreciated filling the pool back up. - Basic essentials were missing such as dish soap in the kitchen, etc. I contacted the owner to let him know and he apologized and said he would be over to bring supplies. This leads to the major issue: - The owner never showed up so for the three days we were there so we went out to Walmart and bought the missing supplies ourselves. Again, overall it was good but there were some issues.

Nice Property for a family Tampa trip.

Nicely renovated house with a pool close to many attractions. The master bedroom is nice and spacious. The other two rooms are crammed with beds and very small. We only stayed 2 nights so it worked fine for our stay. Would have been a little frustrating for a longer stay. Main rooms of house are not set up well for a group to hang out together but the lanai is so we took advantage of that. Communication was great with our host. We had a small internet problem (which is also the TV) but got it resolved quickly.
