After taking a shower, the water backed up! They did come and fix it right away, however, the room was so dirty and smelled bad, there was no mirror in the bathroom or in the main room but they spent money on putting new room numbers on their doors as we were there, need to put the money into better use, maybe paint the walls, put in a mirror, better bedding! Would never come back!

The staff is friendly. The room has roaches, the bed has a big dip where my husband has to put pillows in the dip to sleep properly. The toilet constantly runs. There are roaches in the tub that will greet you to take a shower with them, we have to leave the bathroom light on so we are not over ran by roaches. There is also a ant problem. These rooms are not worth the cost that they are trying to charge. Plus they want a 100.00 cash deposit (that is supposed to be refundable) There is some type of loud shenanigans that happens in the middle of the night. This place IS ABSOLUTE TRASH!!! Save your money and go to a Days Inn or Clarion.

My overall stay was adequate for the price I paid. I would have liked some clean towels but nobody knocked to see if I needed any. The bath tub needs updating too but the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would come back if the price remains cheap.

The room was dirty, it had roaches. As soon as we walked into the room we were greeted with multiple roaches on the ground. The room had mold and spider webs on the walls. They had people living in the hotel. The lady’s working the front desk were rude and unwilling to help. Would not recommend.
There was Dead roaches everywhere.

They put me in a separate building from the main hotel part, when I got up into the hallway, it smelled. I get in the room. The Safe is broken and not working, the door is nasty and looks like it’s gonna fall apart, the toilet wouldn’t flush properly, when you turn the water on it came out brown at first. You took the covers off the bed and there was dark black stains all over it for the sheets. The window wasn’t shut and would not lock on the second floor. The TV wouldn’t turn on didn’t work at all. There was people running up and down the hallway off and on all night, and then a couple was loud fighting in the hallway. Called the front desk to let them know and no one picked up the phone.The room was nasty looking and I had to pay 80 some dollars for this. No I’m not happy. I had talked to Customer Service this morning at hotels.com to see if they can get me a refund but that hotel would not pick up. When I mentioned it to the front desk when I got to where I checked out in the morning, she said oh I’m just so sorry there’s not much I can do about that but I’ll make sure they go and fix it like she dismissed completely. Not happy with my stay and I am not happy with the fact that I had to pay for that and I want a refund. It’s going on Google review that it was horrible.

Room in disrepair, paint peeled off in several places, floor molding not attached for a long stretch. Hairs in the sink, hotel hallway smelled like marijuana, bugs, stained sheets. I checked out early because I couldn’t tolerate the conditions. I reported the conditions to the front desk and contacted hotels.com. The front desk could not be reached by phone. The reservation line did not reflect my early checkout. The customer service of the hotel generated a complaint to reflect early departure for refund of remaining days. My review has been rejected three times in 24 hours and I suspect it may have been because it included information that I wish hotel.com did more to help me. If it is rejected again, this will confirm my thoughts…my review did not have the common reasons (personal information, profanity, rate or room # information). If it is rejected again, please tell me why.

The parking is great, my room was cleaned upon arrival. Staff was not very helpful when it came to housekeeping, I originally booked for three nights then I extended my stay I ended up staying a total of 7 days, on day three I had to ask for housekeeping I was then given two sets of bedding and was told to change it myself very disappointing
