The home has two levels with a balcony suite, the music suite, the yoga guest room and 1.5 baths upstairs. The master suite is downstairs and opens up to the back lanai. The master bath has a large tub, 2 sinks and a 2-person shower. We are in a prime location: 10-20 minutes to Publix, convenient stores, the Premiere Outlet Mall, Advent Center Ice Rink, County & State Parks, Advent Health Hospital, the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital, Wiregrass Mall, Grove movie theater, and restaurants galore! Thirty minutes to Tampa Airport, Downtown Tampa, Ybor City & the BUCS Stadium. Less than an hour to the beaches, the Greek town of Tarpon Springs, Tropicana Field (Go Rays!), St. Pete, Clearwater and more.
