The Space:

Morning light filters into the living area as you settle in with coffee, the day unfolding at an easy pace. After a restful night, you can take your time preparing breakfast, step out to the patio for a breath of fresh air, or plan a short drive to nearby parks and attractions. Evenings invite you back to a calm, comfortable space where everyone can gather and unwind, the soft hum of the community pool in the background. The first‑floor layout feels spacious yet easy to navigate, perfect for families or groups seeking both together time and private retreats.



Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms each feature a queen bed, providing ample space for up to eight guests. Every bedroom is paired with its own full bathroom, so mornings and evenings remain smooth and unhurried even with a full house.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen offers the flexibility to cook simple meals or enjoy extended stays at your own rhythm. A breakfast nook and a dining area give you room to gather, share meals, and plan the day ahead. Whether it’s a quick snack before heading out or a relaxed dinner at home, the setup supports everyday comfort.



Outdoor living

Just off the living area, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two—ideal for a quiet morning coffee or an evening wind‑down. A community BBQ grill adds another option for casual outdoor meals.



Community amenities

Guests have shared access to a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, and walking and biking trails. These spaces offer ways to stay active or simply enjoy time outside during your stay.



Convenience & comfort

The unit includes a washer and dryer, air conditioning, heating, WiFi, and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote work or planning your days. Free parking is available on the premises, and self‑check‑in with a smart lock makes arrivals and departures straightforward. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, and towels are provided for a comfortable stay. The home is pet‑friendly, welcoming your furry companions.



Location

Situated in Lutz, Florida, the property is a short drive from local attractions such as USF, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks and trails. Its location makes it easy to explore the area while returning to a quiet place to rest.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home.

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with security guard. You will have 3 spots available for you to park, not assigned, first come first serve - spots are labeled "Visitor". Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.



The Neighborhood:

Suburban residential streets blend with a bit of urban charm in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk! Though Tampa Palms’ wooded streets give it a suburban look, the numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses add some urban flair to the area.



Just south of town, discover University Mall with all of the mall classics—from a delicious food court and large movie theater to major department stores and popular retailers. A few miles further south, you’ll find Busch Gardens Tampa Bay and Adventure Island.



Getting Around:

We are located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting. Our ideal location is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. The excitement of big city activities in Tampa is well within reach. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
