I PAID $50 EXTRA FOR A CITY VIEW AHEAD OF TIME. I WAS PUT ON FLOOR #5, A VIEW OF THE BUILDING ACROSS FROM ME. THERE ARE 17 STORIES TO THE HYATT HOUSE AND FOR A CITY VIEW I WOULD HAVE EXPECTED TO BE AT LEAST ON THE 10TH FLOOR TO SEE THE CITY. CHECKING OUT, I WAS INFORMED THAT ALL ROOMS HAVE CITY VIEWS. SO I PAID AN EXTRA 50 FOR NOTHING. WAY DISAPPOINTED FOR A BIRTHDAY SURPRISE FOR MY WIFE. LESSION: CALL AHEAD FOR EXPECTED FLOOR IF YOU HAVE EXPECTATIONS.
