The room was fine, but the large bath towels were underneath the sink which you had to bend way over to pick up, we felt the shower floorwith slippery. We feel the towels shoud be hanging. When we checked-out this moring at 5:15 the desk clerk was very rude' Your valet people were exteremly courteous and helpful. They ones that were on at 4 pm when we checked in and the one at 5:15 am this morning. "The BEST".
This is a great hotel right in downtown Tampa , perfect for business. The dinner bar menu was excellent! I had the coconut lime grouper over cilantro rice and if was outstanding!
The room was spacious, the shower was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable.
Also, special shoutout to the valets: Cooper, John, Caleb and Noah. They were all excellent and super helpful!
Our room was a stunning corner suite with a fantastic view. Amenities were nice although the pool does not get much sunshine due to location. Breakfast was great as well as staff and cleanliness. Noticed a bit of a foul smell during our stay in the lobby.
