The staff consisted of literally the NICEST people in FL! I was checking out & the person behind the desk must’ve just left, the lady who was sweeping the floor was like “ma’am, I can help you no problem.” She didn’t even have to do that, I would’ve waited. People that take initiate are what makes everything better. Thank you for having great people who care about their job as well as the people they’re helping. Immeasurable value for sure!!

The Hotel was great. Expedia was the worst we have been using Expedia for awhile now but won’t again. We got to the desk, they couldn’t get the info from yall to check us in. The Assistant General manager came to the desk to help us. I pulled up my booking, there was no confirmation email from yall even though I showed them my bank account where the money had already been taken out by Expedia and my confirmation email for Expedia.They started a conversation with Expedia on my phone and it still took an hour for Expedia to send the hotel the email confirmation so they could check us in. We are in our 70’s . By the time we got to our room I had the privilege of throwing up for the next 30 minutes.

I had an issue with our room, water running from the tub onto the floor! And then the communication to assistant manager about the problem was very poor! Ask for a manager to call me! He did not even take the time to call! But I did receive an email! Only to receive notification that I would not be compensated for the problem! I will not be staying at this hotel again!! and I am not likely at all to recommend to anyone to stay there!!

The lobby is arranged in an inviting manner. Staff was friendly and room clean. One disappointment was the parking fee of $8 per day to use their parking lot. They also did not have a free breakfast, and the restaurant prices were a little expensive for the food offered.
