Not up to par with other Hilton experiences. Ant by the bar upon entertaining room. Bathtub filled with long hairs and mold along the side of tub. Sink clogged. I have pictures. Check in staff wasn't that great either. Won't return or recommended this location. I've had better experiences at Tru by Hilton.

The air unit was too loud to sleep. Open and partially used sugar packets and sugar ants around the coffee bar. Hair on the coffee bar and the bathroom floor. Shuttle driver left my daughter at 2 different hotels at 3 in the morning. He then told her he couldn't take her to the hotel, she would have to walk. Front desk took 20 minutes while on the phone with my daughter to let her in the front lobby after hours. All arrangements were made ahead of time

The shuttle from the airport was great! The hotel was clean with comfortable beds. They even had a place close to the front desk for food and snacks. Great place to stay! Just wish they had a shuttle to the port.
