Helpful & friendly staff. The trolley is literally steps from the entrance. The pool is pretty. Standard continental brkfst which was fine. The beds seemed a little too soft & the sink needed to be cleaned better.

Check in woman was.abrupt, not very helpful. I had to explain we were not from the area, and she needed to explain how to get to the parking area. She rattled off instructions, i helped the couple next to me because she didn't look at us while talking, she just looked.at her computer screen

They changed our eoom choice couldn't sleep for the noise on that side of the building. The highlight was there shuffle service he was amazing. Showed us downtown and a restaurant. We enjoyed this part of the hotel. We will expect our stay in March to be better.
