Our stay was seamless. Check-in was easy and the property was just as described- no surprises. We chose this location to be close to family that lives in the area, but it’s super convenient to grocery, etc. and short drive to the airport. Owner is super responsive and helpful.

We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend.

Bachelor Party Weekend

Came down to Tampa from Ohio for my bachelor's party with some friends and family. The place was perfect for us and what we needed. Perfect location for us. Bonus- the owner was great with all communication! If I ever come back to Tampa, I hope I get the opportunity to stay again.

We came for a concert and this home gave us a perfect weekend. It was a great neighborhood away from the Tampa life but close enough to drive to everything. The backyard was our favorite we spent an entire day in the pool.

Perfect Family Getaway with Great Amenities and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this Tampa VRBO! The outdoor space was a highlight—well-kept pool, hot tub, and beautifully maintained property. The house was thoughtfully set up for a family, with plenty of amenities that made our vacation comfortable and stress-free.The decor was clean and minimalist, and we appreciated the abundance of towels, shower essentials, blankets, and pillows. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall setup made us feel right at home.The pool and hot tub were cleaned and maintained twice a week, which kept everything in great shape. Nate, the pool guy, was super friendly and gave us some excellent recommendations for local activities and restaurants.Stephanie, the host, was very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. When the original grill wasn’t working well, she and Kevin from the property management team quickly provided a new one—great service!The home is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the area. Some highlights of our trip included the Shell Key clear kayak tour, Pass-a-Grille Beach, Honeymoon Beach, and local golf.We highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!

Nice house, had everything we needed. Close location with easy access to everything we planned doing while on vacation. A few items could use attention...better grill with a drip pan will help for future. A booklet or binder with some directions for TVs, fan, air conditioner etc. All and all was a great stay.

We enjoyed the hot tub the most! The layout of the house is great. So much room. The only negative was there was a picture that had fallen off the wall, broken glass on the floor & we informed the property manager right away. Someone was supposed to come & clean it up but never did.

The house was good for what we needed. Kind of a weird area surrounding it and seems like not good situations neighboring the house but we were safe. Pool and hot tub were great to have when we were hanging out the house. Not too bad to get to st Pete’s or downtown. Can walk to Walmart/publix and those shopping centers.

Perfect house for our quick getaway

We loved our stay at this house. The house was just as described in the listing. Check in and check out was easy, It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and it was close to two! Publix grocery stores as well as a Target and lots of places to get food. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with the owner was excellent. I received an immediate response every time I asked a question. The pool was a little cold for us to use this time of year but that was ok because the hot tub and putting green kept us entertained. The pool also has a safety fence around it which is a plus for families with little kids. We really enjoyed spending time in the beautiful green and lush back year area. Just 15 minutes to downtown and 40 minutes to Clearwater for Spring Training. Thanks for a great stay,

Booked this place last min after my other reservation got cancelled. Overall we liked the place, it's spacious, beds are comfortable, check in and check out process was very easy, and hot tub was definitely a plus since it was too cold to use the pool. Host charges a 75 fee for an extra 2h for early check in and late check out. Cleaning team needs to be more thorough- bathtub and shower were dirty, as well as bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets and under bed. Couch is very comfy but has a huge stain, as well as the cushions outside. Outdoor area needs more lighting as it's completely dark at night and staying out becomes difficult. Kitchen had everything we needed, except for kitchen towels and oven mitts. Host did not reply to my message about the house being dirty.
